ICCA Announces ICCA Advantage, Bespoke Programme Aimed at Propelling Business Events Forward

Last week, destination management professionals attended "BidSmart," a two-day programme hosted by the Berlin Convention Office focussed on bidding for conventions. Instructors led participants through sessions focussed on topics critical to success in destination management, including providing feedback on current bidding documents; reviewing how to define the most promising leads; and helping to improve bidding strategy. The interactive programme was conducted using hands-on exercises and dicussions, as well as review of real-life case studies.
